Key Responsibilities
Provide technical oversight on structural civil engineering projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.
Lead and mentor a small but skilled team of engineers and technical staff.
Oversee financial aspects of the firm, including operational budgets, forecasting, and project costing.
Collaborate with leadership to support strategic planning, succession, and long-term business growth.
Contribute to client relations by maintaining trust, delivering high-quality service, and fostering lasting partnerships.
Support the integration of values-driven leadership into daily operations, emphasizing service, accountability, and community engagement.
Requirements
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation with 5-10 years of progressive experience in structural civil engineering.
Proven background in project management, operations, and budgeting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
Demonstrated commitment to integrity, service, and community values.

Rewards
Competitive salary in the range of $130,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience.
