Uphold risk, quality, and file-documentation standards (checklists, workpapers, version control).
Lead, coach, and develop a small team: workload planning, 1:1s, technical training, performance reviews, and progression plans.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and client care.
Own WIP, billing, and fee recovery for your portfolio.
Streamline processes and templates; champion smarter use of tools (CFR online services, tax software, advanced Excel/Google Sheets).
Monitor and report on KPIs (on-time filing %, first-time-right rate, turnaround time, client satisfaction, recovery).
Spot opportunities within your portfolio and scope follow-on work responsibly.
