PR Trainee - Curricular Internship

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic PR Trainee to join our South-East Europe PR team in Milan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain an experience in the world of PR while contributing to challenging projects and events.

How will you make an impact?

Press reviews management: monitor and produce daily press reviews (print and web), monthly reports, and archive editorials by key collections and projects;

Support in analyzing press coverage through media monitoring tools (DMR);

Handle daily PR requests and provide back-office support to the PR team;

Ensure the distribution of press materials to media contacts;

Assist with the coordination and logistics of editorial photo shoots;

Support the PR Team in the organization of press events and press trips;

Manage and update press mailing lists;

Oversee the translation of press releases as needed;

Prepare Lookbooks for Jewellery, Watches, and Leathergoods PR stock;

Monitor and track talents through platforms like DMR and Traackr;

Prepare PowerPoint slideshows for internal and international meetings.

How will you experience success with us?

Able to activate a curricular internship in partnreship with universities/Masters.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

Native Italian speaker or equivalent proficiency;

Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of French is a plus;

Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills; curious, proactive, and open-minded;

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines;

Excellent time management and prioritization skills;

A team player with excellent communication skills;

Previous experience in fashion or luxury PR is a plus.
