Truck Driver – Non-CDL

Location: Upstate New York

Crosby Brownlie, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Truck Driver (non-CDL required) to join our team. This position plays an important role in safely transporting materials to and from job sites, while representing our company’s commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate company trucks for material deliveries in the Upstate NY region. (under 26k GVW)

Standard transmission experience.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and load.

Ensure all deliveries are accurate, timely, and handled with care.

Assist with loading and unloading of materials as needed.

Comply with all traffic regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.

Provide excellent customer service and represent Crosby Brownlie with professionalism on job sites.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor when required.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.

Previous driving or construction delivery experience a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly pay: $20 – $25 per hour, depending on experience.
