Property Manager – Commercial Real Estate

One of Upstate New York’s premier property management firms is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a dynamic portfolio of commercial real estate, including industrial, retail, and medical office space.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of commercial property management experience (industrial, retail, or medical office).

Strong background in tenant relations, budgeting, and lease administration.

Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating construction projects.

Familiarity with building technical systems and marketing/leasing strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties.

Maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors.

Oversee compliance with established procedures and company standards.

Provide financial oversight, including preparation and management of budgets.

Support leasing and marketing initiatives to enhance property performance.
