Building Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

$30,000 - $40,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria

Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly

Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures

Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment

Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departmentsQualifications:

Valid driver’s license and good driving record required

You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED

Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed

Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferredAbout Company
