E-Commerce Fulfillment & Delivery Associate

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Fulfillment & Delivery Associate to join our growing team. This role combines warehouse responsibilities with delivery duties, ensuring accurate order processing, organized storage, and safe delivery of packages to designated drop-off points.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and prepare online orders accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure packaging meets brand and courier requirements.

• Verify order accuracy before dispatch.

• Inventory & Storage Management

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock.

• Keep storage areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.

• Perform regular stock counts and report discrepancies.

• Delivery & Transportation

• Drive company vehicle (or personal vehicle, if applicable) to deliver packages to courier drop-off points or customers.

• Ensure timely, safe, and reliable delivery of goods.

• Handle delivery paperwork, receipts, and tracking updates.

• Logistics & Coordination

• Work with courier/shipping partners to resolve issues.

• Monitor deliveries and provide updates when needed.

• Assist with optimizing delivery routes and schedules.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to lift and move packages safely (up to [X kg, adjust as needed]).

• Basic computer skills (Excel, shipping software, order systems).

• Reliability, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset.
