Your role as aN IT Support Technician
As a Full-Time IT Support Technician at ITS in Monticello, IA, you will play a vital role in providing both remote and onsite break/fix support, as well as project assistance for our customers. Your hands-on expertise will be crucial in diagnosing and resolving various IT issues, ensuring that technology runs smoothly for our clients. Are you the IT Support Technician we're looking for?
To excel as a Full-Time IT Support Technician at ITS in Monticello, IA, candidates should possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills. A strong knowledge of Windows Desktop, Windows Server, general network support, and mobile device support is essential, complemented by three or more years of relevant experience or an AA Degree in a related field. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to take initiative on assigned projects, ensuring all customer expectations are not only met but exceeded. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for providing effective tech support and fostering customer relationships.
Additionally, Microsoft and A+ certifications are considered a valuable asset, enhancing your qualifications as a Solution Analyst within our dedicated team embracing the latest technology trends.
Knowledge and skills preferred for the position are:
Three or more years of relevant work experience with a knowledge of Windows Desktop
Windows Server
general network support
Mobile device support
AA Degree in related field
Ability to take initiative on assigned projects to meet and exceed customer expectations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft and A+ certifications are a plus
