Physical Therapist - Acute Care

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our hospital-based acute care team in Edgar, Montana. In this full-time role, you'll work directly with patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury-helping them regain function, restore independence, and transition safely through their hospital stay. You'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where your expertise contributes directly to positive patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Montana

Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Experience in acute or hospital-based care is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply

Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, patient-centered approach Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients across medical-surgical units, ICU, and post-operative care

Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility, strength, and function

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care

Educate patients and families on mobility strategies, safety, and discharge planning

Document progress and treatment interventions in the electronic medical record Compensation & Benefits:
