Job Summary:

Client Support Service Professionals are responsible for handling incoming phone calls regarding service inquiries for client. This includes delivering accurate and efficient responses related to client's Cash Management products, online and mobile platforms, and general financial or account-related issues. Professionals in this role must demonstrate a strong commitment to client service and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle high volumes of inbound client service calls with professionalism and accuracy.

Assist clients with inquiries regarding Client's Cash Management services, online/mobile access, and account activity.

Resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Meet or exceed departmental performance metrics and quality standards.

Adapt to evolving procedures, tools, and client service protocols.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services and company offerings.

Required Skills:

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented contact center.

Strong verbal communication skills and client service orientation.

Adaptability and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Basic knowledge of financial products and online/mobile platforms (a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

College degree preferred.

Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent required.
