Description:

About Us

We’re a purpose-led organization that believes in protecting families and empowering people. Our work is built on a simple idea — when you give people the right support, guidance, and opportunity, they can achieve incredible things.

We’ve spent over six decades serving union members, associations, and working families across North America, providing trusted supplemental and permanent benefit programs that offer real security and peace of mind. Along the way, we’ve built a culture defined by teamwork, mentorship, and growth — where every individual is valued and encouraged to reach their potential.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for dedicated, motivated individuals who want to do work that matters — work that helps families and builds a better future.

The Role

In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for the families we represent. Your main responsibility will be to guide them through their benefits, explain coverage clearly, and ensure each client feels confident and cared for.

This isn’t just a customer service position — it’s an opportunity to make a real impact, helping families understand their options and providing the protection they depend on.

Your Responsibilities

Build lasting, trust-based relationships through excellent communication and follow-up

Assist clients with understanding, updating, and managing their coverage

Translate complex benefit information into simple, easy-to-understand explanations

Collaborate with leadership to strengthen onboarding and service experience initiatives

Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, reliable support

Participate in continuous training and leadership development opportunities

What You Bring

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

A caring, service-oriented attitude with genuine interest in helping others

Self-discipline and motivation to excel in a remote environment

Strong organizational habits and proactive work ethic

Prior experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is a plus (not required)

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada

What You’ll Receive

Remote-first setup — the freedom to work from anywhere

Consistent weekly pay with additional monthly performance bonuses

Personalized training and mentorship from experienced leaders

Career advancement opportunities with transparent growth paths

Collaborative culture built on values of integrity, teamwork, and impact

Meaningful work that truly helps families and communities thrive
