Management of Teams that do Installation and Maintenance of Security equipment on a national basis
Management of time and attendance, output, productivity of a technical team (technicians, administrative staff)
Work closely with Key Account Managers to ensure that the customers security technology is maintained and kept in a good working order
Provide insight and innovation to deliver efficiencies and improvements in customer services, satisfaction and solution growth
Ensure that work completed is done at the highest levels of quality and audit work completed
Ensure timeous feedback to customer requests as well as supporting the resolution of technical issues internal and external training
Facilitate internal and external training
Compilation and presentation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Adhere to health and safety rules and regulations
Available to be on standby if and when required
Adhere to standard agreement as signed between the Company and the Client
Attend and perform site assessmentsPreferred qualifications, attributes, and skills:
PSIRA Registered
Grade 12 or higher
Good commination skills English
Drivers licence passenger vehicle at least
Relevant experience as Technician or Senior Technician
Clean disciplinary and no criminal record
The following knowledge and requirements are mandatory for this Client/Site:
Firm understanding of Analogue CCTV Systems
Firm understanding of IP CCTV Systems
Fully Computer literate
Networking knowledge
Fully Microsoft Office competent
Firm understanding of Access Control Systems and Software design (Saflec Systems preferable)
Firm understanding Electric Fence Products
Firm understanding Intruder Detection Systems and Software design (DSC Systems preferable)
Health and Safety training would be beneficial but not required.
