Wells Brothers Inc., a family-owned industrial contractor with over 35 years of experience, is looking for a reliable and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Mechanical Division. What You’ll Do:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems

Perform inspections, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance

Respond to service calls and provide expert customer support

Ensure work meets safety and quality standards

Document service reports, material usage, and time logs accurately

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
