Key Responsibilities
Work engineering projects from concept through installation—including budgeting, planning, purchasing, and implementation.
Increase plant productivity and reduce costs through continuous improvement initiatives.
Enhance product quality by meeting internal and external customer expectations.
Conduct feasibility studies and collect/analyze data to support project decisions.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing equipment and processes, focusing on reliability and efficiency.
Provide training and documentation related to new equipment and processes.
Must-Haves to Interview:
Strong floor troubleshooting experience
Project lifecycle experience
PLC and HMI troubleshooting (not just design)
Ladder logic
Experience with GE and Allen Bradley equipment
