Job Description

We are looking for a Senior QA Testing Analyst to take a leadership role in managing and executing comprehensive testing programs for complex system conversions. This long-term contract position is based in Dublin, Ohio, and involves overseeing the end-to-end testing process for commercial loan servicing systems. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in coordinating large-scale testing efforts and ensuring quality outcomes across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a detailed testing strategy for all phases of commercial loan system conversions, including mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and go-live activities.

• Define testing objectives, success criteria, and timelines to align with broader project milestones.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test cases, scenarios, and expected outcomes based on business and technical requirements.

• Oversee the execution of test cases during mock conversions, ensuring data accuracy and process integrity.

• Identify, track, and resolve defects and issues encountered during testing, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and retesting.

• Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and outcomes to project leadership through detailed dashboards and reporting tools.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing activities, results, and lessons learned to support audit and compliance requirements.

• Lead final validation testing efforts, ensuring readiness for go-live and post-implementation stabilization.

• Support knowledge transfer activities to ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.• Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of experience in banking operations or technology, or a high school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.

• Minimum of 5 years leading testing efforts for large-scale system conversions or implementations.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex testing programs.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and with urgency.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with defect tracking and resolution processes.

• Familiarity with commercial loan servicing or financial operations is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and present progress effectively.
