Fine Dining Expediting experience necessary.
Ability to understand all positions of the line.
Responsibility to ensure all menu items are plated to specifications.
This is a hands-on position requiring multi-tasking and communication skills with both front and back of house staff.
Specifically, Tuesday through Saturday evenings 3:00pm-11:00pm.
Overtime is available during the high season of July and August.
