Acloché is seeking skilled Industrial Painters to join a thriving manufacturing team in Delaware, Ohio. If you have an eye for detail, a steady hand, and a passion for craftsmanship, this temp-to-hire opportunity is your chance to grow in a hands-on, high-impact role.

Location: Delaware, OH

Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Saturday 6:00 AM–12:00 PM

Note: Warehouse is not temperature-controlled

What You’ll Be Doing:

Surface Prep: Clean, sand, and prime surfaces for painting

Spray Painting: Apply coatings using spray techniques with precision

Paint Mixing: Blend paints to match specs and achieve desired finishes

Equipment Care: Maintain painting tools and ensure safe operation

Quality Control: Inspect finished work and make adjustments as needed

Safety First: Follow all PPE and safety guidelines to maintain a secure workspace

What You’ll Need:

Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing painting

Proficiency with painting tools and safety practices

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work on your feet

Willingness to work in a hot, non-climate-controlled environment
