Pull comments, files from recruitment CRM into Bullhorn via API

We have a old recruitment database with comments and attachments (Attachments are actual files) that need putting into the bullhorn CRM.

It will need to associate them to the right candidate by matching their name and email address, pull the comment from the old database and insert it into Bullhorn under that candidate.

It will then also need to do the same with files.

I can give a explanation of the table structure in the old database.

Experience with Bullhorn is essential.
