Are you a proven leader ready to oversee and optimize warehouse operations? Staffmark is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a dynamic team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all distribution activities while fostering strong client relationships and driving continuous improvement.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:15 PM
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage warehouse managers and staff to achieve operational goals
Oversee inventory management, process optimization, and strategic planning
Maintain compliance with company standards and industry regulations
Manage budgeting, vendor relations, and performance monitoring
Promote a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations, including 3+ years in leadership roles
Strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse management systems, and process improvements
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Six Sigma certification and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
