Pan Pacific Products is a leading manufacturer of Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), dedicated to delivering high-quality products to a diverse client base. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team, drive growth, and expand our market presence.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to grow our client portfolio, foster long-term customer relationships, and promote our full range of MDF products. This role combines field-based sales activities, including client visits and industry events, with office-based responsibilities such as client engagement, relationship management, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Conduct on-site visits to client locations and job sites to assess needs and provide solutions.
Prepare accurate quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Finishing, Shipping, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Maintain detailed sales records, provide accurate sales forecasts, and monitor market trends.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in wood products, MDF manufacturing, or related industries.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company with integrity.
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
