Your responsibilities

Strategic Advisory: Guide leading international banks through complex capital markets projects by analyzing business processes, identifying optimization potential, and driving efficiency.

Business Transformation: Develop forward-looking strategies to strengthen business models, increase revenue, and streamline cost structures.

Problem Solving: Address high-impact business, quantitative, and regulatory challenges in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Execution Excellence: Independently structure and manage project workstreams while maintaining close collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Innovation Leadership: Stay ahead of market trends, explore emerging technologies, and drive innovation in the capital markets landscape.

Entrepreneurial Ownership: Take responsibility from day one, think entrepreneurially, and deliver measurable value for clients.

Your ticket

Degree in finance, business administration, economics or a related field – bonus points for a MBA or PhD.

Industry Expertise: Several years of experience in financial or capital markets with a strong understanding of capital markets products and processes – you bridge the gap between business and technology seamlessly.

Market Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with trading & sales, front-/back-office processes, or regulatory requirements – bonus points for quantitative expertise.

Curious about AI, blockchain, cloud computing, and cutting-edge financial technologies.

Proficient in Python or other programming languages – object-oriented programming experience is a plus.

Skilled in working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data warehousing tools like Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.

Experienced in data modeling, ETL tools (e.g., Airflow), big data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka), and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Familiar with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Actively experimenting with AI/ML libraries like Scikit-learn or Langchain and exploring Transformer models.

Fluent in German and English: You can explain complex topics – whether technical or regulatory – in a way that’s easy to understand for various stakeholders.
