About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to support our growing solar business across Europe. Based in our Frankfurt office, you will play a key role in supporting sales operations, customer relationship management, and order execution, while coordinating with multiple regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue business quotations by coordinating with technical teams and consolidating customer requirements.
Support overseas sales and marketing teams in customer research, contract preparation, and issue resolution.
Manage sales order processes, including review and confirmation.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehousing to ensure on-time delivery.
Collect and analyze business data, track customer inquiries, and prepare regular reports.
Act as an operations contact point for European markets (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, order management, or related fields.
Strong English skills (spoken and written).
Skilled in MS Office; Excel macro knowledge is a plus.
Strong execution, problem-solving ability, and teamwork mindset.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
