Workflow Automation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and implement automated workflows using Python, SQL, and Power Automate. Integrate automation solutions with existing enterprise applications.

Maintain and optimize existing automation processes to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.

Collaborate with departments to identify automation opportunities

Integrate automated solutions with internal systems and Microsoft 365 tools

Provide training and technical support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new workflows.

Stay current with updates and best practices in Power Platform, Python, and SQL; make recommendations for continual improvement.

Assist with documentation, reporting, and user guides related to automated workflows and processes.

Experience with Microsoft Azure Functions to extend automation workflows using serverless computing models.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficiency in Python scripting, SQL queries/stored procedures, and Power Automate

Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps and Power BI

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot complex workflow issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver functional automation solutions.

Strong time management and organizational skills

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in workflow automation, systems integration, or business process automation.
