We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, with a strong focus on product marketing for our custom B2B solutions—driving successful product launches and developing go-to-market strategies that resonate with customers. It is crucial that our Senior Marketing Manager promote a positive company image through safety, quality, consistency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the strategic marketing plan to drive revenue, including digital and traditional campaigns

Work closely with Product Development department to understand product offerings and customer benefits

Manage the product portfolio by developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and market penetration

Onboard and oversee external partners and vendors to support the execution of marketing initiatives—ensuring alignment with brand standards, timelines, and strategic objectives

Develop and implement sales enablement strategies and tools—including product collateral, competitive insights, and training materials—to equip the Sales team with the resources needed to effectively communicate value propositions

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels, maintaining the integrity of the brand umbrella across all divisions

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

A degree or diploma with a focus in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or similar

Proven success designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns

Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Must be able to think analytically and strategically
