Key responsibilities
Support the campaign, content and category teams.
Manage timely content updates to Eastlink web properties, adhering to and enforcing brand standards and accessibility compliance
Work closely with National Marketing team to produce and publish compelling content that enhances the customer experience and drives desired results
Responsible for building and sending customer email campaigns with precision and timeliness
Partner with the Web Development team to manage technical improvements to web properties
Audit web properties to ensure they are up-to-date and working correctly, and troubleshoot any issues in collaboration with the Web Development team
Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices.
Work closely with internal and external partners to deliver on tasks.
Supporting ad hoc tasks and projects as required
Qualifications & Skills
Post-secondary education (University Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field is preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years' web publishing experience, with ability to manage work within multiple content management systems
Natural team player who thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and GTM.
Experience with Blueshift or similar CRM platforms is a plus
SEO knowledge considered an asset
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of tools
