Seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join a growing legal team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient front office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
Manage conference room scheduling and client appointments.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier requests.
Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and data entry.
Maintain a tidy, organized reception area and common spaces.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or client-facing role (experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional phone presence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and general office technology.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
