Supervise and manage daily accounts payable operations
Manage vendor relationships, including vendor onboarding, issue resolution, statement reconciliation, and communication of payment status
Collaborate with operations and accounting teams to ensure accuracy in cost allocations and project coding
Supervise, train, and mentor A/P staff; promote professional development
Maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with SOX and company policies
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
Support approval authority delegation changes and sign-offs
Identify and assist with process automation or system enhancements to improve efficiency JOB REQUIREMENTS
8+ years accounts payable experience
4+ years supervisory experience
Upstream exploration & production experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred.
Self-motivated with proven leadership skills, team player, comfortable working under pressure, and dedicated to team development.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
