Senior Heat Treatment Operator

About the role:

As a Heat Treatment Operator, you will set up and operate heat treating equipment (Furnace) to complete post-welding thermal treatment and localized thermal treatment.

You will report to the Nuclear Fabrication Manager and be located at Monfalcone, Italy. You will work onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

Furnace or localized equipment Preparation:

Prepare furnace or localized thermal treatment equipment for operations and conducts prestart up checks.

Operate furnace or localized heat treatment equipment to procedure, monitors heating and cooling cycles, adjust and control of temperatures and heating times by reading temperature instruments and charts.

The heat treatment operators detects faulty operation of the furnace or localized heat treatment equipment and notifies supervisors.

Disconnect furnace or localized heat treatment equipment and returns components to storage locations.

The HT operator moves parts or furnace components into position, manually or with hoists or cranes.

Qualifications:

Professional School Diploma

Minimum 5 years' experience
