Client in the healthcare industry is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processing and year-end calculations for a large employee base

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PAYROLL MANAGER:

The Payroll Manager will manage bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees, including overtime and shift differentials

The Payroll Manager will handle year-end processes, including true-ups, profit sharing, and calculations

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Partner with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll issues and improve processes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PAYROLL MANAGER

Must have strong payroll experience

Must have experience with year-end processing

Experience with UKG or UltiPro is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
