Overview

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) opportunity with a privately held, growth-oriented industrial services and manufacturing company in Western Canada. The company specializes in filtration and separation solutions for energy, mining, and industrial processing.

RPI Executive Search has partnered with the client to identify a dynamic and strategic leader to guide the next phase of expansion. The CEO will report to the Board of Directors and oversee the following mandates.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute short- and long-term strategies

Lead M&A and strategic partnerships

Oversee financial performance and operational KPIs

Foster a high-performance culture and leadership pipeline

Represent the company with key stakeholders and clients

Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

Mandates and Impact

Increase shareholder value through EBITDA growth and strategic positioning

Drive business development, M&A, and operational excellence

Lead organizational transformation, technology adoption, and talent development

Ensure compliance, safety, and ethical standards across all operations

Experience & Qualifications

20+ years in industrial field services or manufacturing

Proven P&L leadership for entities >$20M revenue

Engineering degree; MBA or equivalent preferred

Experience in filtration/separation is a strong asset

Track record of margin improvement and business growth

M&A and post-acquisition integration experience

Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. markets
