Bama Home Buyer is seeking a talented full-time professional to join our real estate team as a Sales Manager in Huntsville, AL. We are offering a sign-on bonus for this role.

This is a Sales Manager position, and prior sales experience is required for this role. Experience in the real estate industry is NOT a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities include securing new properties for our company and fostering relationships with sellers to facilitate property sales. Compensation

This role offers a performance-driven compensation structure with the opportunity for high earnings based on results, in addition to a sign-on bonus.

$125,000 - $150,000Responsibilities:

Negotiate purchase contracts with potential sellers

Attend seller appointments and conduct walk-throughs of properties

Follow-up with leads (potential for 50+ calls per day)

Attend networking events to acquire clients

Out-of-office marketing and sales development activities

Manage a database of prospects through the company's CRM

Provide daily reporting of sales activities to management

Maintain and exceed company-designated quotas

Collaborate daily with a fast-paced teamQualifications:

Background and track record of success in sales is a MUST

Must be able to work full-time

A clean background check is required

Must be highly proficient in selling over the phone and in person

Must excel at building relationships with clients
