Description:

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead for a contract with a client in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities include designing workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow and integrating content services for scalable, automated business processes.

Rate Range: $45/hour to 53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Lead job responsibilities include:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.

Mentor and guide developers, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to coding best practices.

Oversee technical execution across the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Conduct code reviews and enforce standards for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Work closely with product managers, architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Identify technical challenges and propose innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

8-10 years of experience in technical leadership and enterprise application development.

Strong hands-on expertise in IBM Digital Business Automation, IBM Case Manager, and IBM Business Automation Workflow.

Proven ability to lead teams in designing and implementing scalable enterprise solutions aligned with business goals.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
