Program Hypercare Lead

Location - Dublin OH

Pay Range: $50 - 60 per hour Duration - 6 + months

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must needed - Warehouse management expereince(At leats 7 years)

Develop and lead the Hypercare strategy to ensure post-deployment stability and rapid issue resolution.

Experience with enterprise programs such as Sherpa, Kodiak, PMOD2, CHLC, Vantus

Strong leadership and coordination skills

Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment

Develop and lead the Hypercare strategy to ensure post-deployment stability and rapid issue resolution

Establish governance, escalation protocols, and cross-functional support coordination

Extend Hypercare planning to adjacent programs to ensure integrated coverage

Partner effectively across business, PMO, vendors, IT project and run teams, and program leadership

Participate in a leadership capacity during hypercare execution
