What You'll Do: * Provides general legal advice to the Casino Control Commission * Drafts and facilitates implementation of new and amended administrative rules * Conducts legal research on a variety of complex legal issues, including preparing written opinions or memoranda * Reviews and responds to public record requests * Drafts and facilitates the implementation of new and amended policies and procedures * Prepares Notices of Opportunity for Hearing and Notices of Violation for licensing and regulatory compliance violations * Supports the Attorney Generals Office in administrative hearings, appeals, and general litigation * Responds to inquires from the public and other governmental authorities * Monitors legislation for agency or legal impact * Assists in labor relations matters, including the discipline and grievance process Admission to Ohio Bar pursuant to Section 4705.01 of Revised Code; 12 mos.
