Primary Teacher

EduTalent Group is working with a welcoming primary school in West Sussex to recruit a dedicated Primary Teacher. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons across the Key Stages, inspire young learners, and contribute to a collaborative and supportive school culture.

Key responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons

Assess and track pupil progress to ensure high standards of learning

Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere

Work closely with colleagues and parents to support pupil development

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Proven experience teaching in primary education

Strong curriculum knowledge and lesson planning ability

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A positive, enthusiastic approach to teaching

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
