Job Responsibilities:
Work all assigned tickets; complete tickets within SLA
Configure and maintain all physical hardware
Assist in Onboarding and Acquisition projects
Assist Tier 3 - Desktop Engineer with deployment projects
Maintain compliance with applications, operating systems and patch management
Escalate issues to Tier 3 - Desktop Engineer
Maintain ownership of ticket until completed; update and coordinate with clients for resolution
Job Requirements:
Strong customer service skills
Deep understanding and troubleshooting skill of the different kind of applications
Experience with various software, hardware, and internal tools
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
Ability to accurately proofread numerical and text data
At least 2 years of experience in the same job
