Summary:

Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize pallets of merchandise

Accurately pull and prepare customer orders for shipment

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Work collaboratively with management and team members

Contribute to a safe, efficient, and productive warehouse environment

Responsibilities:

Pull orders using a stand-up forklift and prepare pallets for shipment

Record order changes, missing products, or out-of-stock items on pick sheets

Communicate with management and receiving clerks regarding discrepancies

Perform daily preventative maintenance checks on forklifts and report issues

Assist with custodial duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse

Follow all company safety protocols and use equipment responsibly

Requirements:

Forklift operation and warehouse picking/shipping

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, twist, stretch, and stand for long periods; able to hear safety signals and equipment alarms

Basic math (addition, subtraction, division), ability to read pick sheets and follow instructions, attention to detail

Self-starter with a strong work ethic, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to pass a background check
