In-house day and night shifts available

Average census of 50 patients managed by team of 12 providers

Level III NICU facility

Team includes 4 physicians and 8 APPs per day

24/7 coverage available for higher acuity patients

No ECMO or cardiac surgery required

Coverage schedule includes multiple consecutive day blocks

Both day shifts (8am - 4pm) and night shifts (4pm - 8am) needed

We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly

We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage

We simplify the credentialing and privileging process

Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
