Trillium has an immediate opening for an Office Assistant in Columbus!
This Temp-to-Hire opportunity is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant/Data Entry Clerk to join our Columbus office. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate data, helping with general office tasks, and supporting our Operations and HR teams to ensure smooth daily administrative operations. This position can convert to permanent depending on performance and attendance.
Responsibilities:
-Accurately enter and maintain data in company databases.
-Organize and update digital and physical filing systems.
-Prepare internal reports, forms, and correspondence.
-Professionally answer and route phone calls and emails.
-Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
-Provide administrative support to both the Operations and HR departments.
Schedule is 1st Shift / Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Pay rate is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE.
-High school diploma or equivalent (an associate's degree is a plus).
-At least 1 year of administrative or data entry experience.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently.
-Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).

-Experience with payroll records.
-Previous work in a small office environment.
