Field Supervisor - Window Cleaning Services

Position Overview

High Access LLC / Central Window Cleaning is seeking a motivated Field Supervisor to help lead our growing team. This unique role combines leadership, training, quality control, sales, and hands-on work. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Training

Check in daily with field technicians to provide guidance, resolve issues, and track performance.

Host weekly team meetings to review goals, deliver training, and build team culture.

Ensure quality control on job sites, upholding company standards.

Mentor and coach technicians in safety, customer service, and skill development.

Sales & Business Development

Conduct site visits and prepare estimates for new and existing clients.

Submit competitive bids for commercial projects and local business opportunities.

Build strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

Hands-On Field Work

Step in to perform window cleaning services when needed to support client demand.

Model safe practices and uphold company quality expectations on every job.

Qualifications

Proven leadership or supervisory experience (field services preferred).

Strong sales ability and customer service skills.

Comfortable working independently in the field with minimal oversight.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Physically able to perform window cleaning tasks, including ladder work.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
