About the Role

We are seeking a Managerial Accountant to join our Delmont Plant team. This role provides financial, analytical, and product costing support to supply chain and operations, while driving operational finance initiatives across North America. As a key member of the Delmont Plant Management Team, you will play a critical role in reporting, analysis, budgeting, and continuous improvement efforts.

What You'll Do

Lead monthly financial reporting and analysis for plant operations, including cost performance, inventory management, manufacturing efficiency, and KPIs.

Provide detailed product costing, variance analysis, and corrective action recommendations.

Partner with plant leadership to drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Conduct special analyses and projects at the request of the Americas Controller and Plant Manager.

Manage operational budgeting and planning for the Delmont Plant.

Support capital project tracking, audits, month-end close, and ad hoc requests.

Develop expertise in Movex (M3) ERP and related operational modules.

Ensure integrity of financial data and effective operation of internal controls.What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.

4-8 years of progressive cost and general accounting experience, preferably in a process manufacturing environment.

Strong cost accounting skills and financial analysis experience.

Proficiency with ERP systems (Movex/M3 a plus) and advanced Excel.

Ability to communicate effectively across shop floor, supervision, and senior leadership.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

The salary range for this position is $75,600 - $94,500. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
