Job Description
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include:
Lead planning, execution, and closeout of healthcare and office building projects
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to define scope and schedule
Select and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
Monitor budgets, timelines, and project milestones
Resolve issues proactively and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and legal requirements
Prepare and review proposals, budgets, and progress reports
Support preconstruction efforts including estimating and value engineering
Conduct regular site visits and team meetings to ensure alignment

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:
Proven experience managing commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and trade coordination
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
Ability to manage projects from initial client contact through final closeout
OSHA certification and additional training a plus
