Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinates weekly franchise operations conference call.
Compiles meeting decisions after each conference call.
Attend and support FAC meetings.
Manage weekly VIP Passes mailings and ordering or supplying as needed.
Code and submit invoices for Franchise Operations.
Updates organization chart and operations directory as needed
Assists with meeting planning (soliciting and compiling content, booking travel, travel organization, on-site assistance, etc.), including, but not limited to: Kickoff meeting, Mid-Year Meeting, and Regional Meetings.
Create and distribute a weekly Franchise Operations Itinerary spreadsheet.
Monthly reporting of terminations, openings, and transfers for the Crisis Media Hotline
Manage the Franchising SharePoint site
Main point of contact for Franchise Operations at the corporate office
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative assistant role
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Ability to work with diverse populations (i.e. internal and external customers, franchise and corporate individuals), including different cultural backgrounds.
Able to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Organization and Time Management skills.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Passion for Hospitality/Service.
10% travel required.
