Fire Installation Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Fire Installation Supervisor for a 6-month on-site project located at Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base in Columbus, Ohio. The supervisor will oversee the installation of a Simplex Fire Alarm System, providing technical expertise and leadership to ensure project success. This role requires a strong background in fire system installation, technical proficiency, and relevant licensing to support and guide field technicians on customer job sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and oversee the installation of the Simplex Fire Alarm System on-site.

Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians during installation and servicing of fire equipment and appliances.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Coordinate installation activities and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure quality workmanship throughout the project.

Maintain clear communication with project managers, technicians, and stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ohio State Fire License.

NICET Level III or IV Certification.

Strong technical background in fire alarm systems installation and servicing.

Experience supervising or assisting technicians on customer job sites.

Knowledge of fire equipment, appliances, and applicable safety codes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous supervisory or lead technician experience on fire alarm installation projects.

Familiarity with Simplex Fire Alarm Systems.

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
