We are looking for an experienced ERP Functional Consultant to join a dynamic team supporting industrial clients in their digital transformation journey. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of business operations and technology, and who are passionate about optimizing manufacturing processes through ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or Infor.

As part of this role, you'll work closely with production, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure ERP solutions are tailored to real-world manufacturing needs. From analyzing workflows to configuring modules and leading stakeholder workshops, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence.

What we expect from you

As an ERP Functional Consultant, you'll be a key player in transforming manufacturing operations through smart ERP solutions. To succeed in this role, we're looking for someone who brings:

Hands-on ERP Experience

You've led or supported ERP implementation or transformation projects in industrial environments, and you understand how systems like SAP, Oracle, or Infor work in real-world production settings.

Manufacturing Process Knowledge

You're familiar with manufacturing models like Make to Stock, Make to Order, and Engineer to Order, and can translate operational needs into system requirements.

Technical & Functional Expertise

You can configure ERP modules, write functional specs, and support data migration and integration with MES and PLM systems.

Strong Communication Skills

You're comfortable leading workshops, training users, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business and IT. Problem-Solving Mindset

You're proactive, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve processes and system performance.
