Position Overview

The Superintendent will oversee the daily operations and management of educational facilities, ensuring that they meet the highest standards for safety, efficiency, and educational excellence. This role requires a strategic leader who can coordinate various departments and stakeholders to maintain an optimal learning environment for students and staff while managing resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the daily operations of K-12 educational facilities

Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and operational regulations

Collaborate with educational leaders to implement programs and initiatives

Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize facility performance

Coordinate maintenance and construction projects to enhance facility infrastructure

Oversee staffing and training for facility operations

Communicate effectively with stakeholders including staff, parents, and the community

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar leadership role

Strong knowledge of K-12 educational operations and regulations

Experience on mission-critical, healthcare or manufacturing projects

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Experience in facility management, construction, and industrial operations
