Junior Officer - Quality Control

Role & responsibilities

1. Monitoring & testing of Raw material, In process and Finished Goods Checks.

2. Responsible for testing/analysis of Incoming material/ In process/ finished goods, packing materials in line with defined Quality Inspection plan/ Customer specification.

3.Support to resolve Customer complaint and capable to gather required data during RCA CAPA.

4. Supporting/helping hand in Vendor Evaluation, Audits & Approval process.

5. Capable to work independently, shift handling and good reporting during decision making process while doing quality clearance.

6. Effective coordination with Internal customer in relation to quality matter/issue.

7. Responsible for timely calibration of lab equipment as defined in calibration schedule.

8. Responsible for Online and Finished Goods audit by following defined Quality criteria and timebound quality clearance of product.

Preferred candidate profile

Science Graduate (B.Sc. / M.Sc.)

Relevant working experience in Edible Oil /Food Industry QA/QC function.

Basic knowledge of working on Analytical system/methods.

Working experience of SAP system is desirable.

Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and basic food safety is must.

Basic understanding of Root Cause Analysis and CAPA is preferable.
