Key Responsibilities:
Define solution architecture for complex business requirements in line with enterprise IT standards and future-state landscapes
Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and technical requirements, designing tailored PLM solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
Lead system integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity with existing client systems and optimal data flow
Perform configuration and customization of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, including workflows, data models, and user interfaces
Act as the primary technical expert on 3DEXPERIENCE, providing guidance to clients and internal project teams
Build and maintain strong client engagement, conducting regular updates and ensuring satisfaction with solutions delivered
Apply industry best practices and emerging trends (particularly in the Automotive sector) to improve solution design and performance
Work closely with nearshore/offshore teams, transferring requirements and collaborating on remote implementation
Requirements:
15+ years of total IT/engineering experience
7+ years of hands-on experience in PLM solution architecture with 3DEXPERIENCE
Strong expertise in solution design, system integration, and customization on 3DEXPERIENCE
Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively across business and technical teams
Solid knowledge of PLM best practices and industry trends, preferably within the Automotive sector
Experience collaborating with global delivery models (nearshore/offshore)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
