Job title: LPN’s – Terra Alta, WV

3 Month Contract

12-hour shifts

$30-$34 hour

Location: Terra Alta, WV

Wise Medical Staffing is currently seeking LPN- Licensed Practical Nurses for Psych facility. The ideal LPN candidate will possess a license/certification in the state of WV with at least 1 year of Psych experience.

Qualified candidates must have the following:

LPN License in Good Standing in WV

WV Cares and APS/CPS Forms

CPR

PPD

Covid Vaccination or Declination

Physical

Drug Screening

Alcohol Screen

Drivers License

Must be willing to work schedule, including weekends and Holidays. Candidate must be willing to start 8/12/2024. All scheduling will be handled by our Director of Nursing. Call offs will not be tolerated and will terminate our agreement.

Salary: $30-$34 hour
