Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain web-based and internal software applications
Work closely with sales, marketing, and CRM teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions
Build and integrate APIs and third-party services (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile team meetings
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize new and existing applications
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
Preferred Tech Stack & Tools:
Languages: JavaScript, Python, PHP (or similar)
Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React or Vue
Backend: Node.js, Express, or Flask
Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
Tools: Git, GitHub, Jira, VS Code
Bonus: Salesforce development experience or interest in CRM/API integrations
Qualifications:
2+ years of professional software development experience
Strong knowledge of web development and application architecture
Familiarity with modern development practices and version control systems
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in a hybrid/remote setup
